In broad daylight, a man in the United Kingdom committed an unfathomable act of torture to an innocent dog. He was walking his dog on a leash in Southall in west London when a witness videotaped the terrifying incident.

The casual stroll near the water turned into a nightmare for the little helpless pup. The man violently yanks the dog’s leash above his head and throws him forcibly downward. He picks the dog up by the leash and submerges his body into the lake.
Over and over, the abusive monster tortures the dog five times. On the last dunk into the water, he makes sure to hold the dog underwater for several seconds. The dog is struggling to breathe and no one is helping.
