Shelter Dog Moves Into New Home And Adorably Freaks Out When She Notices What’s In The Backyard

There are few moments that are more exciting for a dog than a move into a new home. With so much to see and explore, it is a small wonder that our animals are able to keep themselves from exploding with excitement. Just imagine what it would be like for an animal to realize that they have a brand new yard to play in and new neighbors to get to know (and potentially harass.)

For those of us who moved around a bit when we were younger, we can certainly relate to the excitement of arriving in a new neighborhood and having brand new buddies to make. The dog in this video recently got to enjoy just such an experience and while Christy cannot wait to head outside, the cause for her excitement makes us want to see what would happen if she was forced to remain indoors.

The West Highland Terrier has just arrived at her brand new home in Florida and once she notices the swimming pool that is conveniently located in the backyard, the epic freak out that follows is almost too adorable to put into words. She has the good graces to patiently wait for the door to open before zooming out into the yard and you will be hard pressed not to laugh out loud at her reaction.

Christy’s antics are beyond hilarious and this is one of the funniest clips that we have seen in a long time. Can you imagine a dog being this excited for actual physical activity and not a pile of treats? In most instances, it is tough to get our dog to this level of excitement without offering some sort of people food to grease the wheels.

The dog lovers in your life are bound to appreciate this video and we urge you to share it with all of them as soon as possible. Christy possesses a level of enthusiasm that is very infectious and when you take the opportunity to watch this video for yourself, you will have the chance to see what we are talking about.

Please don’t hog this amazing clip all to yourself. Be sure to take a moment to spread the love and pass it along to your friends and family members who have pets of their own. After all, this is definitely one of the more relatable dog freak outs that we have ever had the privilege of witnessing.
