Rescue Dog Hesitant To Leave Crate And Take First Step Toward New Life

The following is a story that teaches us about the effects slaughterhouses and some shelters leave on the animals rescued from these places.

Although the shelters should serve the purpose of providing animals with decent life, the reality is unfortunately quite different.

Most of them lack medical staff and trained personnel so most animals live in bad conditions. Luckily for some, they get to be rescued and provided with home.

But, the problem with the rescue animals is that it’s very hard for them to trust humans again. Most of them are still scared and fearing that they might get hurt again.

The video below shows a little puppy who was saved from a South Korean slaughterhouse where dogs are killed for the meat industry. Luckily for this lovely soul, she got a new place to live.

It’s very obvious that Kat is unaware at first that she got a new home and is afraid to come out of the kennel, but she is at the same time very curious for the world outside of it so she finally decides to explore the place.

Thanks to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, Kat got what she deserved.

We hope that more people will consider adopting a rescue animal and give them a second chance for better life!
