After being rescued by one of the local deputies, the dog was taken to Ivan Animal Hospital, where he was found to be cold, malnourished, and suffering from a concussion. The staff nicknamed him Jimmy and began his treatment.

Jimmy has been slightly disoriented, but he has been recovering well. He has been eating a lot and trying to remain active. Even after suffering such an ordeal, he looks happy and wags his tail a lot. Meanwhile, the police found that the duct tape had fingerprints, and they began their search for the perpetrator.

The media coverage helped Jimmy’s mom to be found. Jimmy is actually called Flick. Flick had been let outside for some air, but he had wandered off, and ended up being the victim of this heinous abuse. Flick’s mom is devastated to see her baby in such bad shape, and is doing everything to help him recover.
