I would say, from my experience, 99% of dogs are incredibly gentle.
Even the “tough guy” breeds like German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers, have the sweetest dispositions unless trained otherwise.
But because of what they look like, they often get a bad rap. Reese, the Rottweiler, is as sweet as can be BUT he can turn that charm on and off.
You have to see what I mean… It’s pretty darn impressive!
When his human asks Reese to make “a mean face” Reese knows just what to do. He can really turn on the “tough guy” act! 15 seconds in, I nearly fell off my chair! You can’t watch this video just once, trust me!
Like Reese, this St. Bernard is about as tough as my 92-year-old Grandma Ruth. In fact, he thinks he’s a lapdog! His human wanted to share their routine with the world and since doing so, people can’t get enough of them. Dozer may weigh 240 pounds (WHOA!) but he has the soul of a teacup poodle. Seeing is believing!
