It is always depressing to hear about animals who suffer and get abused due to the personal quarrels between their owners.
A 10-month-old Pit Bull puppy named Choppo was the victim of one such dispute in Powhatan, Virginia.

Animal control officers found Choppo dead in the woods with trauma injuries on his neck.
After investigations, it was found that Choppo was abducted by 21-year-old Yasmine Burton, the ex-girlfriend of his owner.
Yasmine wanted to exact revenge on her ex-boyfriend, so she hatched a plan to murder the poor dog.
Spread the word and help the cops find and arrest this woman.
Update: Yasmine has been arrested after she confessed to killing Choppo. She used an extension cord to tie up Choppo, and then hung him from a tree in her backyard. She reasoned that she was in a “long-term abusive relationship” with her ex-boyfriend, and wanted to “get back at him”.

Cops are now waiting for Choppo’s necropsy report to further the investigation. Yasmine faces felony animal cruelty charge and is being held at the Piedmont Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond.
Her arraignment at Powhatan General District Court is scheduled to be held at a later date.
Let’s raise our voices against this inexcusable crime and demand rigid punishment for Yasmine.
