12 Realities New Corgi Owners Must Learn To Accept

Foxy face, stubby legs, and bunny butt, cute little cylindrical fur logs with the big ears… I mean, who can resist a Corgi's cuteness? They are as adorable as dogs can be.

Corgis are known for being affectionate, alert, cheerful, friendly, independent, intelligent, lively, loving, loyal, out-going, playful, protective, and social.

They are loyal to their human and can get along with other animals. They also tend to be very vocal and for this reason make great alarm dogs.

They are also typically good with children, but due to their herding behavior they may nip at their heels during play, although this behavior can be trained out of the dog. Sounds like the perfect dog!

If you are considering to own a corgi, or you’ve just become a new corgi owner, there are some realities you do need to fully accept.

Check out the twelve realities new corgi owners must accept on the next page! …and if you already are a corgi owner, see if you can relate!
