A neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio, is being terrorized by a thug who is going around sending threat mails to dog owners. Resident Elaine Putnam received once such threatening letter that read:
“Hey Fat Girl, you better figure out a way to stop your f***ing dog from barking in the backyard all day or it will get a couple of rat poisoned meat balls. You Decide! Welcome to Melrose Street!”

Elaine complained about this letter to the authorities, but they ignored her fears. But they were forced to investigate further when Elaine’s neighbor’s dog ended up being poisoned shortly after.
After inquiring through the neighborhood, the cops were baffled to discover a total of 11 dogs who’ve been victims of suspicious poisoning in the past year!
The neighborhood has been in a state of panic at the thought of having poisoned food lying around their homes. Most of the residents have dogs and young kids playing in the yards.
They are now trying their best to protect their pets and children from the malicious dog-hating thug.

The cops have been scanning the area for any possible leads. Columbus Humane has also come forward with a reward of $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest.
